Shipping, packaging, and handling costs are listed separately on the invoice. Packaging and shipping costs are detailed for domestic deliveries during the order process, and for international deliveries, before the order is completed. <br\/>&lt;strong&gt;5.2&lt;\/strong&gt; Deliveries in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are made at an agreed time by delivery services freely appointed by Chocolaterie Martel. <br\/>&lt;strong&gt;5.3&lt;\/strong&gt; Deliveries abroad are made by carriers chosen by Chocolaterie Martel. For shipments to warmer climates, insulating packaging is automatically used and charged to the customer. <br\/>&lt;strong&gt;5.4&lt;\/strong&gt; In the case of impossible delivery or delays caused by incorrect delivery address details provided by the customer, absence of the recipient, or customs issues, Chocolaterie Martel cannot be held responsible. <br\/>&lt;strong&gt;5.5&lt;\/strong&gt; The expected delivery times are given as an estimate only.
