His culinary passion comes from his father, a pastry chef, and reveals itself at the age of 12. He helps him during his holidays, especially at Christmas during the festivities. After his training, he goes on to practice his craft in various establishments such as the Hôtel Royal in Evian.

These various experiences are formative and teach him precision and innovation.

After 20 years of collaboration with the Maison Martel (in 2023), he appreciates the team spirit of this family business and the quality of the products created.
