Xavier Grégoire is a passionate pastry chef, whose love for indulgence is reflected in every creation. With experience working alongside renowned chefs, he has had the opportunity to work in prestigious establishments, including as the head chef at an international dessert relais.
He has also traveled and decided to settle on the island of Réunion, nicknamed “the intense island,” which allowed him to continue developing his curiosity and creativity by using exceptional products.
