° White truffle: Pure cocoa butter white chocolate ganache with Swiss milk.
° Milk truffle: Ganache with Ecuadorian chocolate, coated in Swiss milk chocolate.
° Dark truffle: 66% dark chocolate ganache from Venezuela and Ecuador, coated in raw cocoa powder.
° Snowy truffle: A blend of 66% Venezuelan dark chocolate and Swiss milk chocolate with a gentle coffee note.
° Baileys truffle: Ganache with whiskey cream and milk chocolate. Notes: milky, caramelized, and vanilla.
Milk chocolate:
Exclusive Martel recipe developed with the finest ingredients, such as the iconic Swiss milk with its unmistakable profile, Swiss sugar, and the Catongo porcelain beans from Brazil, making this chocolate a unique signature at Martel.
