Xavier Grégoire is a passionate pastry chef whose love of good food is reflected in every creation. With a wealth of experience working with top chefs, he has had the opportunity to work in prestigious establishments, including as chef in an international dessert relay.

He has also travelled extensively, choosing to settle on the island of La Réunion, nicknamed ‘the intense island’, which has enabled him to continue to develop his curiosity and creativity using exceptional products.

The love of craftsmanship

Xavier attaches great importance to tradition, while incorporating innovative elements into his recipes. For him, the pleasure of taste is paramount, and he strives to sublimate the products he chooses with care. His passion for pastry-making and his commitment to quality make him an ambitious and creative craftsman.
