His culinary passion comes from his father, a pastry chef, and is revealed at the age of 12. He helped him during his holidays and especially at Christmas during the festive season. After his training, he left to practice his profession in various establishments such as the Hôtel Royal in Evian. These different experiences were formative and taught him precision and innovation.

After 20 years of collaboration with Maison Martel (in 2023), he appreciates the team spirit of this family business and the quality of the products created.
